Sacmi supports the Ceramic museum

Sacmi has joined the Foundation of the International Ceramic Museum of Faenza as a “sleeping” partner. The cooperative’s goal is to help strengthen the foundation by acknowledging its internationally important role in art and culture.
The Museum, in fact, which will celebrate it first centenary in 2008, contains the biggest ceramic collection in the world. Its specialist library contains more than 60 thousand publications dedicated to ceramic. Its Restoration Workshop is a world-leading preservation centre and the “Giocare con l’arte” learning centre attracts thousands of students and teachers, offering government-approved training courses. The museum is home to over 60 thousand artefacts, of which 4,500 are exhibited.
