Over 220 invited to the inauguration of Sacmi USA

Last 10th July over 220 customers, suppliers and employees attended the inauguration of the new 6000 square metre Sacmi USA multi-business headquarters in Des Moines (Iowa). This includes a 500 m2 showroom for working machines from the Beverage&Packaging division to make tests and demostrations for Customers. Visitors to the event were able to see them in operation during demonstrations and test runs. The Group’s new American headquarters can also count on larger storage facilities, extended to house spare parts for new business areas. Finally, the ceramic mould and die overhaul workshop - previously located five miles away - has now been transferred to the new Des Moines plant.
The inaugural ceremony was attended by Sacmi Group top management and local authorities. Invitees were able to enjoy a buffet supper at the new headquarters itself.
