Egyptian branch's ambitious plant modernisation project continues with yet another order, a clear sign of confidence in SACMI-Gaiotto robotized glazing solutions

         Gaiotto
Gaiotto is supplying
Duravit Egypt with a new
GA2000 robot. This latest - and
fourth - glazing robot gives
continuity to the ambitious expansion and renewal project being implemented by Duravit's Egyptian branch, seen by the multinational German manufacturer of
high quality, designer sanitaryware as essential to its operations in North Africa.

The new GA2000 – a
7-axis model equipped with the
glaze delivery control system – completes the glazing line, where three similar Gaiotto solutions are already in operation. The result? Even more efficient control of the production mix thanks to a perfectly designed robot that combines
advanced self-learning functions with
off-line glazing recipe programming.

On a challenging market that’s moving towards process
automation and standardization in order to maximise
finished product quality, this long-standing
partnership between SACMI and Duravit just keep going from strength to strength.
