Covering a total of 1250 m2, of which 600 m2 indoors, Sacmi Iran’s new, bigger base now provides the space for an extensive stock of spare parts, specially selected on the basis of local customer consumption forecasts to ensure that Sacmi-supplied plants always operate at maximum efficiency.
In fully equipped modern offices, the 10-strong company staff receive and process customer requests, following every aspect of the order right down to the last detail - from identification of parts to import and final delivery.
Moreover, the sales personnel regularly visit customers to strengthen business relations, enhance their understanding of customers’ needs, keep them updated on technological developments and give and receive suggestions.
Sacmi Iran also has a separate office in the key production district of Yazd, manned by two members of staff. In the Tehran office, instead, a 9-strong team of specialised technicians provides assembly, start-up and after-sales technical assistance services, both scheduled or on request.
It’s also worth remembering that all Sacmi Iran personnel have extensive experience in all the Group’s production areas thanks to the numerous training courses they’ve attended in Sacmi Group companies in Italy.
