LVS153

Configurable vision system for Electronic Orientation and Quality Control

In Quality Control mode, the LVS153 accurately checks label application, detecting any distortion. This modular system can be enhanced with additional functions such as barcode or Data Matrix reading, cap checks and fill level monitoring. In Electronic Orientation mode, the LVS153 uses one or two high-speed cameras and sophisticated algorithms to ensure precise bottle orientation, offsetting geometric and perspective deformations to optimize subsequent stages of production.

In-line vision system for labelling Quality Control

The LVS360 is a vision system that can be easily installed in-line at any manufacturer's labeller. Thanks to sophisticated 3D algorithms, developed by SACMI R&D department, the system can detect a wide range of labelling defects, even small ones. The machine can process both cylindrical and shaped bottles at a speed of up to 72,000 bph. Made entirely of stainless steel, it meets the most stringent standards of the food and beverage industry.

Modular stand-alone vision system for Quality Control

The LVS900 is a modular stand-alone vision system that performs quality control on filling plants. Configurable to perform different inspections (level, capping, label, cap/decoration defects), it is housed in a washable stainless steel box with cameras (b/w or color). It is height-adjustable (manual/automatic) and can inspect over 80,000 bottles/hour, ensuring high performance and reliability.
